McCain Promises Strict Constitutionalist Judges
On Monday, John McCain vowed to appoint strict constitutionalist judges rather than the wave of judicial activists that liberal Presidents have been appointing. A great example of strict constitutionalism who forcefully defends the Constitution while pointing out that waterboarding and other interrogation techniques aren’t protected under cruel and unsual punishment provisions because torture is different than punishment. I have to admit, I love the cut of his job.
