Open Season on RINOs
I love Youtube. Through it I was able to catch the Club for Growth’s new add attacking Heather Wilson for joining Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi in supporting the S-Chip program. I hope this is the beginning of open season on RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) like Wilson.
The S-Chip program is a massive free ride for the children of this country whose parents make too much money for medicaid. In other words families making $30,000 or even more who can’t pay for their child’s medical condition–give me a break! First, if your income isn’t enough to support your children until they’re grown don’t have children. Secondly, what kind of catastrophic illness is going to be that hard for a family to pay for? With a salary of $20,000 or $30,000 you should be able to afford any operation just by tightening your budget a little–try eating soup one day a week.
Children should also not be freeloading. Most 10 or 11 year olds should be able to contribute to a family’s income and it’ll give them a feeling of responsibility they won’t soon forget to know that they contributed to their own health care. Let’s get government out of the welfare business and let’s encourage families to take care of their own children.
It still amazes me that so many in America are still looking through fog colored glasses.
Why not focus on the fact that the vast majority of Americans have pretty good health care. This country offers the best health care in the world for the common person.
A great majority of Americans have made choices as to which job they are going to accept and whether or not health care is included.
I have a friend who has her own business and is rather successful financially. She took a part time job at Lowes just for the benefits. What a great country and an awesome employer.
For people who for some reason or other don’t have a decent job there is health care as well. Nobody gets refused service if they are willing to follow through on there responsibility.
And who made us God anyway? Why do we think that just because we are born someone should give us a good life?
Arrrrrggg!

I have to agree about the fog colored glasses–its time to change those prescriptions. Just read the following eye chart please A T L E A S T W E R E N O T C A N A D A. This country didn’t get to be 42nd in life expectency and in the top 75 in infant mortality by having crappy medical care.
