if you want a president that’s concerned about ethnic strife in yugoslavia, then bill clinton’s your man. since he was president when yugoslavia fell apart into a bunch of little countries.

my point is…

yugoslavia…no longer exists
prussia…no longer exists
ussr…no longer exists
east germany…no longer exists

if only there were some form of cartological device that would tell you whether or not a country existed. preferably that showed such things as borders, major cities and possibly even elevation. hmmmmmm…….
