I love the way Palin uses the expression “Well, darn it.” I can’t wait to see how the Putin answers that one at the G8.

I have to admit the questions posed tonight were good but not enough to really understand to what degree the candidates have made efforts to safeguard the Constitution. When it comes to Guantanamo and extraordinary rendition, or domestic spying, or suspending Habeus Corpus, etc., what efforts have either candidate made to prohibit these insults to our Constitution? It would also be nice if thrid party candidates were allowed to debate. We need to have more dialogue in the debate and not just one VP debate, 3 presidential debates between 4 total people. A country our size and strength can demand so much more.

“Adorable” is what we could use in a good friend, a family member, an entertainer. That is not a quality we should ever seek in a VP. For Pete’s sake, this is the 2nd highest job in the nation. If you were a job recruiter, would you hire someone with the “adorable” quality over the candidate with the vision and knowledge at hand to handle the job? I surely hope you would choose the latter when it comes to this high position.

Palin believes the “surge” worked. Maybe she and McCain need to go to Iraq, announced (i.e. without the shroud of secrecy), and witness what victory really looks like from the ground. Maybe her trust in Gen Petreas supercedes the wishes of the Iraqi people and their current government. She doesn’t mention that there are barriers around neighborhoods and segregation in Iraq which leaves less and less people to be bombed, not to mention the millions of Iraqi emmigrants currently in Jordan, Syria and other surrounding areas. Well, Sarah, if this “surge” was so “successful”, let’s bring the troops home tomorrow. After all, they deserve it.

And our troops is living over there in pure D hell. There have been so many mothers that have lost there sons in the war. But do McCain and Bush care NO. Palin is lost she probably dont know we are fighting lol.
