Obama’s Plan to Discredit Rush
I don’t know if anybody else has picked up on this, but the Democrat party is going out of their way to refer to Rush Limbaugh as the head of the Republicans. Now, I love Rush as much as the next guy. People say we have the same jaw lines actually. However, even I know that Rush is not the leader of the Republican party and there can only be one reason for the GOP to be calling him such. Simply put, the Democrats are trying to discredit Rush by linking him to the Republican party.
This is low even for the Democrats. Karl Rove who knows a thing or two about putting country first asked “Is this appropriate? The idea that the White House is devoting all this time and energy and effort when we’ve got all this myriad problems facing the country…this is the same old style politics we grew to really dislike in the 1990s” It took Rove and Bush to get rid of Clinton’s partisanship and it’ll take people like Bobby Jindal and Sarah Palin to drive it from Washington again.
So what is the Democrats’ plan? Its simple. With the Republicans getting blamed for the recession that Obama has caused and with our approval rating at about 20%, the Democrats are trying to use us to bring down Rush. It is an extremely sneaky tactic and it appears to be working. We have to make it our mission as Republicans to go out there and let people know that Rush Limbaugh is independent from the Republican Party before its too late.
I don’t see how Rush can credibly distance himself from the Republicans, although I’m sure he’ll try. Remember all the times he had Cheney on. I wonder if Cheney shot Rush in the face – would Rush apologize to him?
