Jon Cleary
I saw him in concert in Minnesota a couple years ago. I didn’t know what to expect and he really blew us all away.
Thoughts from a right thinker.

He was Bonnie Raitt’s musical director and he’s a very in demand session player with people like Jeff Beck and B.B. King. We saw him with the Absolute Monster Gentlemen not really knowing his music other than liking some of the people he played with. We saw him front row and center at a club called Dakota’s in Minneapolis and we really loved it.

Thanks for posting this, I found it helpful. I lived in Memphis and still have many fond memories of the area. I am working on a visit back there this spring. Has Memphis changed much from the early 80′s? I am really looking forward to seeing Graceland again.
