Obama could be blamed once again. How could Bush not make sure he would get credit for his own report.. it is just amazing to me that he would want Pres. Obama to get the credit for something so polarizing.

Especially after the report in January that targeted the ELF and other terrorist organizations of the left side of the political spectrum Bush had done. You would think he would want this one too. Just can’t understand it.
