I think he kind of has to, but he’s definitely an outsider. His home district is in California.

What i don’t understand is why would Congressman Kimble even go to Washington? Isn’t that the den of thieves and socialists these days? I think his time would be best served staying in his home town (which is where, btw?) and just instructing his aides to e-mail him the bulletpoints everyday. This will also add truth to his claims of being a Washington outsider. (I can give him more ideas if he wants to hire me as his political consultant.)
