75% of Oklahomans Can’t Name First President

A recent survey of Oklahoma’s public high school students commissioned by the Oklahoma Conference of Public Affairs for Constitution Day has troubled many who saw the poor results of Oklahoma’s children as indicative of a deeper problem.
